About Me

I grew up in Fallston, Maryland, a little over an hour from West Chester, Pennsylvania , where I attended college and where the RESULTS! BodyWork Institute is located. Growing up I participated in every sport the Fallston Recreation Council offered except for wresting, eventually focusing on on Football, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse, the 3 most physical sports available.

While I considered playing Football and Ice Hockey at West Chester University I decided it would be best to focus on one sport so that I could also concentrate on studying Athletic Training , of which WCU had one of the most renowned programs in the country at the time. In addition to my studies and obligations on the Lacrosse Team I also managed to be a part of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity and work additional clinical experience hours with the Philadelphia Wings Professional Indoor Lacrosse Team, The Big 33 High School Football All Star Game, and the USA Field Hockey Futures Olympic Development Program. When I left West Chester University I had won the Athletic Training Alumni Award and Scholarship, my lacrosse team won the school's first D2 ECAC Championship, and the Philadelphia Wings played in the championship game both years I worked with them, winning it all in 1994 within a few weeks of our ECAC Championship.

After leaving WCU and working for my father's concrete construction company for the summer I moved down to Atlanta Georgia to attend graduate school at Georgia State University. I ended up working a bunch of Pre-Olympic events and was assigned to the Weightlifting Venue for the 1996 Centennial Summer Olympic Games. I received the Southeastern Athletic Trainers' Association Graduate Award and Scholarship in 1996 as well which was sponsored by the Hughston Sports Medicine Foundation. I was also playing lacrosse for the Atlanta Lacrosse Club and we won the Southeastern Lacrosse League Championship.
